Emma Ross is Head of Logistics Operations at Screwfix. With a background in FMCG, retail logistics [Tesco + Morrisons] and supply chain consulting, Emma has worked across a wide variety of professional environments, with a focus and passion for developing people within her direct teams and the wider organisations she works within. With over ten years experience in logistics both operationally and consulting, she is an active participant in the institute, having been a board member since early 2016, as well as supporting the international CILT with the next generation of professionals into the institute. During the last 18 months Emma has delivered and supported projects including the opening of two new distribution centres during covid restrictions, integrating new carriers into operations and launching new delivery services to customers.
