Gopal is an experienced procurement, supply chain and logistics practitioner with over 15 years of experience in operational and advisory roles. Gopal brings end to end supply chain experience from public and private sector clients.  Specialising in Supply Chain process improvement he led the development and implementation of a service delivery model for the Government of India postal and railway departments. He was awarded a National Award for Business Excellent for Public Services for these projects.  

 

In 2021 he was the recipient of the Corporate Excellence award for social and business achievement, achieved the innovation award from Tata Consultancy Services for its “Optimize IT” programme and awarded the “Commitment to Excellence” from a client’s programme management team for contribution to the project assignment. 

 

Gopal has delivered savings of over 32% with a number of retail organisation’s through network planning, inventory positioning, transport operating model design, store delivery and replenishment.
