Ian Kirkpatrick has a unique blend having spent half his career in Operational, Logistics and Supply Chain Director roles for FMCG businesses, before becoming the Group HR, Property and Facilities Director for a Global Japanese Organisation where he added a commercial lens to the business and its subsequent mergers and acquisitions. Ian has created a customer centric way of being, across all functions, through Organisational Excellence and gap analysis. Ian created a culture embracing new values and principles putting equity at the heart of the internal and external customer journey. His Company, EISOP, is a new venture to share such values with others. Ian is a Chartered Fellow of both the Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Institute of Personnel and Development where he is also a mentor.
