Empathic Communication Trainer and Coach, Jenny Tipping Ltd
Jenny Tipping is a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication and a Certified Coach in Needs-Based Coaching.  After 20 years as an HGV driver and instructor she now works with individuals and organisations within the transport and logistics industry to improve diversity and wellbeing through empathy.  She has appeared in print and on conference platforms for Women in Logistics, Women in Transport, the Road Haulage Association and CILT and has twice given evidence to the Transport Select Committee on gender in the transport industry.  She believes that through learning the skills of emotional awareness and empathic communication, we can work together to make our industries into places where everybody can thrive.
