WrapAir™ Carbon Fibre Pallet Wrapping System

Maxpack Hall: 1 Stand: H44

It’s also an easy and efficient way of wrapping pallets in fast moving environments.

It has been designed with the final user in mind, meaning its one-handed use creates the straightforward use of wrap.

Weighing only 400g, it reduced user fatigue and encourages forward thinking applications.

WrapAir™ is made from carbon fibre, making it five times stronger than steel. Its lightweight material not only makes it more durable for harsh and fast-paced environments, but it’s also less than half the weight of other dispensers. Its wider frame fits a 430m NEW wider roll, reducing wrapping cycles and boosting productivity throughout all production lines.

What are the key features?

WrapAir™ has adjustable tension dials on the top of the device, allowing users to alter the tension of the wrap, as and when desired. Its low-profile carbon fibre stand enables it to stand alone, as well as assisting users to wrap lower to the ground. Its design means, it reduces the strain on wrists and backs, creating a more pleasant experience for the end user and increasing productivity. The device’s core locators permit quick roll changes, maintaining momentum and efficiency within production lines.

Why use WrapAir™?

WrapAir™ has a wider frame and longer film length, which allows it to wrap 22 pallets with just one roll, compared to 12 pallets with a standard film. By using WrapAir™, you can wrap 136 pallets per box of 6 rolls, with a total film length of 3350m, an 86% increase compared to standard film. Additionally, WrapAir™ reduces plastic film waste by 45% per pallet compared to contemporary standard film, making it a more environmentally friendly option.

IWLEX Exhibitors say :

  • "We’ve never seen a show like it! Within six minutes of the inaugural IWLEX (Inside Warehouse & Logistics Exhibition) opening, we had our first inquiry in the bag. The two days in May at the Telford International Centre went on to be the most successful trade show we have attended in terms of deals created at the event itself and immediately afterward."
    Hi-Level Mezzanines Ltd
  • “We thoroughly enjoyed our time at IWLEX. It is a valuable exhibition for companies looking for the highest quality visitors. Visitor numbers may be lower than at other exhibitions, simply because the organisers have done a fantastic job in screening out time-wasters! Everyone who came onto our stand was a motivated buyer and we have had several high-quality leads since the exhibition. We recommend IWLEX to anyone looking for relevant leads within the world of warehousing and logistics. Thank you, Justin and Nairn!”

  • '' It was a good show and quality is always better than a high number of tyres kickers . We have engaged with two potential customers with live projects that at this point are looking promising hence committing to IWLEX24.''

  • "At 51T we are really excited to be part of the inaugural Inside Warehouse Logistics exhibition. Having exhibited at other events we felt it was time for something new, in particular the original idea of having the industry shape the event. We're looking forward to meeting a new group of buyers and becoming part of the new IWLEX community."
